Are you venting to God? I think sometimes we feel like that would be disrespectful or a waste of His time or make Him angry. Quite the contrary--God WANTS to hear you pouring out your heart. He wants us to cast our cares before Him. He wants us to come to Him and...talk. Tell Him how we're broken hearted or angry or frustrated or tired or happy or sad or confused or whatever. God wants to hear it! No matter what you are going through...God wants to hear it. Talk to Him about it!
